• You have the choice of receiving the certificate by email or by mail (an additional cost of $5 will be requested, to cover postage and quality printing costs)

How gift certificates work

• Contact me to create your certificate.

• Payment must be made by Interac e-transfer.

• An email will be sent to you to confirm your purchase. You will see the discount code on the certificate. The value of the certificate will be written in the code.

• The gift certificate code is only valid on the Marilou Desharnais Artiste online store. Simply enter the code at the end of your purchase when you're ready to pay. You'll have a dedicated area to enter this code.
• Please note that the certificate is valid for ONLY ONE transaction.

• The value of the certificate is the same as the value paid by Interac e-transfer. The value will be written in the code as proof.

• The gift certificate is non-refundable; it is a monetary value exchangeable on the Marilou Desharnais Artiste online store.

• Please note, if you paid to have the gift certificate delivered, delivery to your home will be made by Canada Post within 3 to 5 business days.

• The certificate is valid at all times, however please note that the price of products may increase over time.
